Join me on Thursday, June 8th at Plant Base Market in Jersey City for a Sound Bath  Meditation with crystal singing bowls. This experience will begin at 7:00 PM and I will guide you through a meditative experience that is inclusive (men and women welcome) open to ALL levels. No experience is necessary.

What is a sound bath? It's a meditative experience where you are "bathed" in sound waves. I use a variety of bowls that emit different frequencies which releases any energetic blockages and induces a state of ease and harmony within your body.

Energy healing is a therapy that is done to promote healing of the etheric or energetic body that exists in all of us. This energetic body exists simultaneously with our physical body, with each having a direct effect on the other. Therefore, energy healing therapies may help us mentally and spiritually, as well as physically.

Arrive with an open heart and mind. Leave all expectations at the door.
